- Acknowledge that you have more feelings than you allow to
surface.
- Re-define the macho outlook.
- Trace back where your attitude about emotional issues
comes from.
- Accept that it's okay to vulnerable.
- Stop living in the past.
- Don't punish new women for old hurts.
- Learn from what hurt you in the past.
- Set new boundaries.
- Find your own comfort level.
- Be clear about what you need.
- Give us at least an idea of what's going on when you have
something on your mind that's affecting you.
- Explain so we understand.
- Remember that all women are jerks until proven otherwise
too!
- Learn to forgive.
