Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

I greet you in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ whom we serve. I trust this letter finds you in good health and in the joys of the Lord.

I am sending to you a picture of my family that was taken many years ago, as well as the pictures of my two associate evangelists and missionaries brethren
Denny Orongan and Jonah Badilles.

While on the right side is my picture as well as picture of one of our missions located in Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines. There was a split happened in the mission there and those who sided with me come out of the building. And now they gather together every Sunday in the house of one of the members of the mission that I lead. Those who remained in the building affiliated with the New Lighter led by Edward Byrd of Harrison, Arkansas and Sharrel Ford of California who were the caused of the split.

The other pictues on the left side are our mission in Santa Fe, New Corella, Davao del Norte, Philippines, New Bantayan, Asuncion, Davao del Norte, Philippines, Malabog, Paquibato District, Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines, and Toril, Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines.

The Supreme Court of the Republic of the Philippines awarded the building of the Davao Missionary Baptist Institute & Seminary as well as the 3,481 square meters lot back to its owner the Philippine Mission of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Inc. Some of the so-called  brethren went to Court against us because they squatted and wanted to get the property owned by the Philippine Mission of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Inc. and they wanted to dislodged us from being members and officers of the Philippine Mission of BMBC, INC. but lost their case filed against us with the Lower Court from 1991-96 led by Roy Culley. Another group of squatters which has connection with the first group squatted in 1997 and lost in 1999. But.because they could not accept the verdict of the lower court, they went to the Court of Appeals in 2000 and lost in 2002, and finally they went to the Supreme Court 2003 and lost their case against us with finality in December 2004 led by Ricardo Tabanyag. But in 2005 a third group which is connected with the first and second group, squatted the property in 2005 and went to court against us led by Shinji Amari and lost their case on April 10, 2007 and the writ of execution was promulgated on June 13, 2007 and the rest is now history. The squatters will have to pay civil liabilities imposed on them by the Court amounting to around P600,000.00 in Philippine Currency.

The property of the Philippine Mission of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Inc. is located in Zabate Village, Bangkal, Talomo District, Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines. And we tookover the said property on July 4, 2007 with the assistance of the sheriff and the police force deputize by Regional Trial Court of Davao City. The turn over has been successful and peaceful, but on July 13, 2007 the squatters went back and squatted again the property but were driven by the police force outside the fence and instead of putting them to jail because of my intervention not to do so, they were scolded only and warned not to do it again. But Amari attempted to squat the Bangkal property for the 3rd time on September 10, 2007 and ordered his more than 20 men with security guard to fence our house and church building and took position of the property for 12 days but were driven out by the City Government of Davao on September 21, 2007 and have two criminal cases in court for grave coercion and contempt of court.

The Davao Missionary Baptist Institute & Seminary was closed for many years already, but its re-opening will start as soon as we will receive financial helps from individuals and sister churches in the United States of America. In doing so, they are helping Bethel Missionary Baptist Church of Davao City, Philippines who supported us of our church planting ministry. This church is our sending church and sponsor of our mission works in the Philippines RIGHT NOW.

Brothers Denny Orongan and Jonah Badilles will help me in running the school as well as in serving the school as teachers. They are highly qualified because they were called of the Lord to the ministry and have college degrees as well as seminary degrees at Southern Philippines Baptist Theological Seminary in Davao City, Philippines.

The photo on the right side is the picture of one of my baptisms in the past. It remains as my mission work right now to be organized into a church if they have already own a church lot and building. And if the baptized believers of the mission point reach 50 members. The location of this mission point is in Baganga, Davao Oriental, Philippines..

We hope and pray that there are 100 churches there in the states of America who will become our supporters, partners, and our sponsors in fulfilling the great commission in preaching, baptizing, teaching the all things that the Lord has commanded, and organizing missions into New Testament Baptist churches in this part of the world.

We need the help of about 100 sister churches of like faith and order in the United States of America who will help us in our church planting mininstry and sponsors our mission works in the Philippines, if led of the Lord to do so, we can do great things for the Lord

We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.

      Brotherly in Christ,

      Teddy C. Badilles
